Design your very own choctop from scratch!

On this order form you can design up to four different choctops, ordering as many of each type that you desire. If you require more than four,  you will need to fill in a new order form. Now the fun begins.. fill out the order form below, when you are done press on the submit button, we will reply to confirm your order and let you know when they will be ready to collection.
